Every cyber cafe needs to keep proper records including.... guess valid photo identification (photo copy of it) a picture taken from the webcam by owner .. name , age, sex, reason for visiting cyber cafe... address (surpisingly does not include phone number).. IP address of the computer, Websites visited etc.... These records have to be maintained for 6 months... If any person has no identification (to the satisfaction of cc owner) he would not be allowed to use the internet facilties... Most of the cyber cafes are also governed by SHOP AcT which lays down ONE HOLIDAY a Week and Working hours (Strictly not more than 12-14) Ciggs are banned at public places.... Drinking is strictly not allowed.... Most often CC's are run by localites who know the residents... so school uniforms are strict no no...
